Terms and Conditions

Snohomish Taxi

By booking a ride with Snohomish Taxi, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before confirming your reservation.

1. Booking and Confirmations

  • Reservation Confirmation: All online bookings are subject to availability. Your ride is only guaranteed once you receive a confirmation email containing your booking reference number.

  • Accurate Information: You are responsible for providing correct pickup addresses, dates, flight numbers, and contact information. We are not liable for missed rides resulting from incorrect information provided during booking.

2. Pricing and Payments

  • Fixed Flat Rates: Our advertised rates for airport and cruise port transfers are fixed. These rates include standard toll roads but do not include optional driver gratuity.

  • Extra Stops: If you request additional stops that were not specified during your booking, your final fare may be adjusted to reflect the extra mileage and time.

  • Traffic and Delays: Because our airport and port rides are billed at fixed flat rates, your fare will not change due to traffic jams, highway construction, or weather delays.

3. Luggage and Passenger Capacity

  • Vehicle Limits: Each vehicle class (Sedan, SUV, Passenger Van) has strict passenger and baggage limits. You must select a vehicle large enough to accommodate your entire travel party and all luggage. Our drivers reserve the right to refuse service if your group or baggage exceeds the safe legal capacity of the vehicle.

  • Prohibited Items: We do not allow hazardous materials, illegal substances, or unsecured large items that could damage the vehicle or compromise passenger safety.

4. Passenger Conduct and Damage Fees

  • Cleaning and Damage Fee: Passengers are expected to maintain clean conduct during the ride. If a passenger soils, damages, or leaves a vehicle in an unusable state, a professional cleaning or repair fee of up to $250 will be charged to the card on file.

  • Seatbelt Laws: In compliance with Washington State law, all passengers must wear seatbelts at all times while the vehicle is in motion.

  • Behavior: Drivers reserve the right to terminate a ride immediately if a passenger becomes physically or verbally abusive, or behaves in a manner that threatens the safety of the driver or the vehicle. In such cases, no refund will be issued.

5. Limitation of Liability

While we make every effort to ensure prompt service, Snohomish Taxi is not liable for financial losses, missed flights, or missed cruise departures due to unforeseen circumstances beyond our control. This includes extreme weather events, severe highway accidents, natural disasters, and sudden road closures.
