Cancellation Windows and Fees
To receive a full refund, you must cancel your ride within the designated timeframes below:
Standard Local Trips: You must cancel at least 2 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made with less than 2 hours’ notice will incur a fee equal to the full fare of the ride.
Airport & Cruise Port Transfers (SeaTac, Paine Field, Boeing Field, Pier 91, Pier 66): You must cancel at least 4 hours before your scheduled pickup time. Cancellations made with less than 4 hours’ notice will be charged the full flat-rate fare.
Large Group Bookings (Van/SUV or Multi-Car Bookings): For reservations involving passenger vans, SUVs, or multiple vehicles, you must cancel at least 24 hours before the scheduled pickup time to receive a full refund.
How to Cancel Your Booking
To cancel your reservation, simply call our dispatch line directly. Speak with our team, provide your booking details, and we will handle your cancellation and refund immediately.
Flight Delays Policy
We do not charge cancellation fees for flight delays. If your flight into SeaTac, Paine Field, or Boeing Field is delayed, our dispatch team will automatically adjust your pickup time based on your real-time flight tracking information.
